We’re doing a lot of work behind the scenes creating your custom gifts. To make sure this season is full of surprise and delight, mark your calendars with these order deadlines.

Guaranteed Delivery Order Cut-off Dates

For guaranteed delivery by 12/24/2023, order by:

11/27/2023 for Standard Production

12/8/2023 for Express Production - Only Select items are eligible for express production. To know if the product you want qualifies look for the express production check box in the filters area of your team store.

For the fastest possible delivery, please use a physical mailing address whenever possible. 

Due to restrictions of carrier services available, orders shipping to PO Box, APO addresses, or Canada require longer lead times. Order by 11/14/2023 to ensure on-time delivery. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box orders or APO orders.

Keep in mind holiday offering is valid while supplies last. We will do our best to accommodate orders received before the order cut-off dates, but due to global supply chain issues, ship dates cannot be guaranteed for Adidas, Nike, and select headwear, tees, and uniforms.

Helpful Info on Production & Delivery Timelines

When you place an order, you’ll see an estimated to ship by date at checkout (in grey type below). This reflects the estimated time it will take our in-house production team to custom decorate your order. 

At check out, you will be given estimated delivery timelines for each of the available shipping options (see below). These dates and timelines reflect our shipping carriers estimated delivery speed. To estimate your order’s arrival date, add the transit time to the estimated to ship by date. During times of increased volume, carrier and production timelines may change; we will keep you updated on any changes that may occur.

Remember that faster shipping speeds will ensure your package gets to you faster, but it does not expedite your order. We recommend following these deadlines for on-time delivery' or something similar.

Example:

(All Standard Items Purchased)

Order placed: Wednesday, November 15

Estimated Ship date:  Friday, December 8th (15 business days)

Transit time: 2-7 business days for Ground delivery

Delivery Window: Monday, December 11^th through Monday December 18^th

*Transit times will vary depending upon delivery destination. Alaska and Hawaii delivery time may vary.
