RETURN POLICY

All items are made to order. For that reason items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration.

The exception to this policy is for SquadClub and SquadSchool members. SquadLocker provides no-hassle returns for SquadClub and SquadSchool members during the term of their agreement for both decorated and non-decorated items.

Standard Item Returns

Non-decorated items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.*

Customization and Personalization

Any item in a store that appears with a team logo on it is defined as customized as we add the team logo onto the blank item.

Personalized items are those that you have chosen to add text, a name, and/or a number to before adding the item to your cart. Personalization can be added to customized items if the field is visible on the product page at the time of purchase. Any items without logos on them, such as socks, umbrellas, equipment, etc. fall under the non-customized item category as we have not added any logos or personalization to them.
