What does Estimated to Ship By date mean?

This date reflects the estimated time our in-house production team will take to complete your custom decoration.

Why does my Estimated Ship By date change in my cart?

If you have items in your cart that are a mix of in our warehouse and items that need to be sent to us from our trusted partners, the date will change to reflect when your full order is estimated to be completed.

***Why do some items, colors, and sizes have different ship dates?

Not all sizes and colors are stocked in our warehouse, some need to be sent to us first before being decorated. And sometimes items we had in stock run out. Look out for the 3-5 day production clock to confirm we’ve got it in our warehouse.

EXCEPTION ITEMS

The following brands are not likely to deliver on time for the holidays unless they are marked “3-5 Day Production” indicating we have stock of the selected size and color in our warehouse: Under Armour, CCM, Adidas, and select Augusta Sportswear items.
